What to include
- Reporting a bug? Tell us which tool or app screen, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and your device and browser (for example, "Chrome on Windows" or "iPhone, iOS 18"). If a particular file caused the issue, describe its type and rough size — please do not email us sensitive documents.
- Feature request or feedback? Describe what you are trying to accomplish; understanding the goal helps us design the right solution.
- Privacy question or data request? Our Privacy Policy covers how PDFLove handles data — email us if anything is unclear.
- Press or partnership? Email the same address with "Press" or "Partnership" in the subject line.

A note on your files
PDFLove's tools run in your browser and your documents are never uploaded to us, so we cannot see or recover files you have processed. If you are writing about a problem with a specific document, please describe the issue rather than attaching confidential material.
